Can I start without paying?
Yes. The Seed plan is free with no time limit: one workspace, core environments, up to three team members. You only move up when you need more room.
What counts as a team member?
Anyone you invite into your workspace who can log in. Outside professionals you bring in on a contract, such as an accountant or a marketer, are invited into specific environments and do not pay to join.
Do I need a card to sign up?
No. Seed needs no payment details at all. You add them when you move to a paid plan.
How do payments work?
MVP1 is EFT. Card payments through Yoco are wired up per account, so you can also take card payments from your own customers once you add your Yoco keys.
Can I use my own domain?
Every account gets a subdomain on groundworkhq.africa. You can connect a custom domain for your public site, and agencies can put each client on their own domain.
What happens to my data if I leave?
It stays yours. Your workspace data is isolated to your account and you can export it. Get in touch and we will help you take it with you.
